Patty K. Hard to pick which song I love the most from this album. I found out about this band from a post in a shoegaze subreddit. They say they play elevator music but it's so much more than that. It can evoke so much feeling or just make you relax. I can't wait for you all to come up with more stuff. Definitely in my top 5 favorite bands. Favorite track: Ghost.

1.
Walk through my hometown But nobody's around It's crowded but I can't see Someone who knows me Who knows me We grew up so slow We quickly drifted apart When the world's constantly expanding It increases the distance between the stars
2.
Darkness falls The lights are out And I can't move Or scream and shout The door is open Night comes inside Eyes are staring Mouth open wide And you're not there But you're right there You look so cold But you just stare The only thing That makes sense to me Is to close my eyes And go back to sleep
3.
Ghost 07:25
As I walk into the empty house Everyone's already there They've been here for hours That's the only thing that's clear To keep myself from walking out I find you by the stairs But you're hardly there and it's hardly fair I need time alone I was talking to some friends I know They couldn't look me in the eye Are they talking to me or are they talking right through me I'm haunted by my old regrets My lifeline's going flat and all the best friends that I've never met I guess I'll haunt them right back I have time alone
4.
Downer 04:32
At the bottom of a well The sun shines once a day I don't mind Because when it does I seem to melt away I don't mind Take off all my skin I won't mind They won't mind I wonder why they're saving me The well seems pretty permanent I got a call today I thought I knew the voice I don't mind I slipped inside this house I thought I had a choice I don't mind Take off all my skin I won't mind They won't mind I wonder why they're saving me The well seems pretty permanent Take off all my skin I won't mind They won't mind I wonder why they're saving me The well doesn't seem very permanent anymore
5.
I look around I never thought I could Feel out the time Feel the way I should But I don't know If this will last If this should last The way I want it to I turn around I shouldn't feel this way This dream was gone Long before I came
6.
Lizard 03:23
Insecure You crawl right in Of course you're there It's not for you, what can you do You're already inside You're just glad to have a place to hide You're just glad to be good for nothing Peel away tell me what you see Outside skin's the same underneath Shed yourself to stay the same Stay inside you won't have to leave Outside sun won't shine uncomfortably And you'll never say goodbye You're still here Of course you are But you won't leave You're too scared To change this thing Too afraid to think Thirsty but you won't take a drink Hurting but too warm to move Peel away tell me what you see Outside skin's the same underneath Shed yourself to stay the same Stay inside you won't have to leave The sun won't shine on you uncomfortably And you'll never say goodbye
7.
Dog 04:44
He shivers in the harshly sterile room Bright florescent lighting cutting shadows in the gloom His hate is really fear by a different name He's haunted by the tubes and wires and silent shame It's not enough Everything you do is not enough It's not enough Nothing you do will ever be enough He tries to think of all the words to say He know the right combinations makes everything ok Suddenly his dad's a suit no longer worn The pregnant silence gives birth to a stillborn It's not enough Everything you do is not enough It's not enough Nothing you do will ever be enough Curious she wanders through the door Sniffs his restless head before softly settling on the floor And wags her tail and falls into a dream Because every good dream begins and ends with him
8.
I see you standing in the door Silky shadows moving all across the floor And I'm so exhausted I can't see a thing I'm so exhausted, I'm so exhausted I can't see what's in front of me And now you're standing on my chest I'm quickly running out of running out of breath I'm so exhausted I can't seem to breath I'm so exhausted, I'm so exhausted I cant breath when you stand on me If I wasn't so tired I would go back to sleep I'm not sure about the way I feel I'm not really sure if this is even real And I'm so exhausted I can't understand I'm so exhausted, I'm so exhausted I don't know or understand If I wasn't so tired I would go back to sleep
9.
I wake up to face Sweat stains on my pillowcase It seems the dream has passed Hot breath on my window glass And as I lay awake The sky's tapestry Might seem so out of place In this burned out memory If I could close my eyes what would I see All my friends and family And how I sat with you, and we stitched together the stars But now I'm here at home, and you're where you are And as I lay awake Promises I'll keep Make me so afraid Before I go to sleep
